We’ve expanded the team to include a Creative Director! 

John Heim brings a wealth of knowledge and information to the Dooley team. He is an accomplished creative director, sales manager and businessman with more than 25 years of experience. As Manitoba’s first internet salesperson, with MTS Advanced, John  is a natural leader and motivator. 

Following his work with MTS, he opened a boutique advertising agency - showcasing his attention to detail, organizational skills and creative approach in his work. Taking a break from the agency world, John’s next career move took him to the craft beer industry. John saw an opportunity in the burgeoning sector and started Torque Brewing with a hand-picked team. Where he was in responsible for brand identity, top-line revenues, forecasting, sales team management, advertising and being the “face” of the company to media. 

John’s endeavours and passions brings a unique set of skills to Dooley PR & Marketing. He brings a fresh approach to clients’ advertising mix and has a plethora of information to share with teammates as we work together to build winning campaigns. 

When he doesn’t have his nose to the grind, he can be found scribbling and doodling as an accomplished cartoonist and on the rink in a beer hockey league.
