Spring has (finally!) sprung and school’s out, which means we’re welcoming a new summer student! Rachel Ferstl is getting her first taste of the PR industry by joining Dooley PR & Marketing as our Marketing and Communications Assistant this summer, before heading back for her final year of school.

Rachel is a devoted writer who has spent three years studying Rhetoric, Writing and Communications at The University of Winnipeg. She has recently finished her first year of the Creative Communications program at Red River College Polytechnic and plans to specialize in journalism this fall.

Rachel’s love of writing and research drives her to create informative and compelling content. As the Editor-in-Chief for The Projector, RRC Polytech’s online student news outlet, her love of storytelling continues to grow. She’s a huge grammar nerd and a quick learner. She is excited to use her skills to create stand-out content for our clients this summer.

When she’s not juggling a million projects at once, you can find Rachel biking around the city, backcountry camping in Manitoba’s provincial parks or reading a good book.
